What is this Python project?

OSMNames is geocoding tool with rank based on related Wikipedia article popularity

OpenMapTiles are set of tools for self-hosting OSM maps

What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?

OSMNames - can be self-hosted and run off-line, rank is based on related Wikipedia article popularity

OpenMapTiles - provides raster as well as vector tiles, map service (WMTS, WMS), can be self-hosted and run off-line
