A tool that logs errors. Has a free tier / is free for open source.

What is this Python project?

It is an exception reporter for Python with a UI to view and diagnose logged exceptions.
The python notifier is open source here: https://github.com/bugsnag/bugsnag-python

What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?

There aren't any similar error trackers listed in this repo.
