What is this Python project?

Keras is a neural networks library which acts like a wrapper, enabling developers to write code which can run on top of either Tensorflow or Theano (using them as backend)

What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?

Theano makes the construction of a neural network much easier and portable. A piece of code written another library requires setting-up the same library on another machine. Howeevr, the same piece of code which ultimately uses Tensorflow on one machine, can run on another machine while using Theano.

Anyone who agrees with this pull request could vote for it by adding a 👍 to it, and usually, the maintainer will merge it when votes reach 20.
