This is programmable zipcode database support very advanced filter, sort: http://pythonhosted.org/uszipcode/index.html#advance-search
It provides fuzzy city, state name search: http://pythonhosted.org/uszipcode/index.html#search-by-city-and-state
Up-to-date dataset, merged from google geocoding, census, federal government, rich properties are available. http://pythonhosted.org/uszipcode/index.html#welcome-to-uszipcode-documentation
Other zipcode library in Python zipcode, pyzipcode is either hard to use and low quality data.
