What is this Python project?

This PR adds the Pathway framework to the "Data Analysis" section of the list.
The framework provides solid ELT/ETL capabilities and is used by a number of institutions, including Transdev, the public mobility company, and La Poste, the French national postal service.

What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?

Unified batch and streaming data processing framework.
State-of-the-art performance in comparison with other tools in the area.
