What is this Python project?

Python uses .po files for storing translations for multi-lingual user interface.
This tool is very practical for editing those translations.

What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?

It is completely free, prevents errors that occur when manually editing PO files, and is practical for non-technical translators.
