Add zhtw to the Natural Language Processing > Chinese section.

About zhtw

zhtw is a CLI tool for converting Simplified Chinese to Taiwan Traditional Chinese with:

3,490 curated terms - Human + AI reviewed, covering IT, medical, legal, finance, gaming, and more
Taiwan-specific terminology - Unlike generic converters, focuses on Taiwan usage (软件→軟體, 服务器→伺服器)
One-to-many character handling - Properly handles 发→發/髮, 面→面/麵, etc. based on context
Fast - Aho-Corasick algorithm, 100K lines < 1 second
CI/CD ready - GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, pre-commit hooks support
