It is the official Neo4j NoSQL GraphDB Driver which utilizes the binary Bolt Protocol instead of the Restful API

What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?

Officially supported by Neo Technologies, uses binary protocol (dubbed: Bolt) instead of REST API
