Update to the correct PyQt's website / documentation. Previous hyperlink linked to the official Qt binding for python which is PySide ditributed by the Qt company, PyQt is the Qt binding done and distributed by a company called riverbank.
These two are essentially the same but with a bit small internal API differences and these two licensed very differently.
