What is this Python project?

IP2Location.IO Python SDK allows user to query for an enriched data set based on IP address and provides WHOIS lookup API that helps users to obtain domain information.

What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?

Enumerate comparisons.

It provides the latest geolocation information of an IP address.
It provides WHOIS lookup which others didn't have.
It doesn't require excessive database download.
