MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) is the NLM controlled vocabulary thesaurus used for indexing articles for PubMed.

I'm not sure that's the web search page is best URL for MeSH since the list is nominally of datasets. Perhaps the download page: https://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/filelist.html
or the home page: https://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/
