"Note this dataset is deprecated in favor of the USGS cloud access mechanism. This bucket will be deleted on July 1, 2021."

The successor is openly accessible, but can only be downloaded from a "requestor pays bucket".

I think this needs to be added at that data source and when the time comes, the link needs to be removed or changed to some backup.
