We have change the organization of APD and take a plan to extend this project for a general purpose. The original PR entrance (as above addressed by @tfmorris ) is closed forever.

You can use the new one https://github.com/awesomedata/apd2/wiki/HOW_TO_CONTRIBUTE-%E5%A6%82%E4%BD%95%E8%B4%A1%E7%8C%AE
