More importantly, it appears that this is no longer a public dataset, if it ever was, since it's behind a subscription wall. They offer a 30-day trial and "academic" access, but it's definitely not a public dataset.
Probably best to just delete it.

Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
