Adds the CNCF OpenTofu Day North America 2025 YouTube playlist to the Media section.

Added CNCF - OpenTofu Day North America 2025 playlist link at the end of the Media section
Used consistent playlist?list= URL format matching other CNCF OpenTofu Day entries

Closes #97
