Adds SKALP to Browser-Based → Arcade (alphabetical order, between Ski Free and Snake).

SKALP is a 60-second trading-floor reflex game: go long or short on a live chart, close before it reverses, don't get liquidated. Everyone plays the same daily seeded market so leaderboards are fair.
