📄 Description

Adds omega-obsidian, a persistent semantic memory MCP server for Obsidian vaults. Unlike existing Obsidian MCP servers that provide stateless file access, omega-obsidian gives coding agents persistent memory of vault contents across sessions with semantic search and graph traversal. Powered by OMEGA (#1 on LongMemEval, 95.4%).
