Adds MacMD Viewer — a native macOS markdown viewer that works as a companion viewer for Obsidian vault .md files.

Features relevant to Obsidian users:

Renders standard markdown with live file watching (auto-reloads on save)
Mermaid diagram support
Syntax highlighting for code blocks
Sidebar table of contents
QuickLook extension for previewing .md files in Finder

Built with Swift/SwiftUI, ~2MB native app.
