Adds Markdown Web Clipper to the Browser extensions section — a free, MIT-licensed Chrome MV3 extension that saves web pages as high-fidelity Markdown directly into a vault via the File System Access API (no sync server). Appended to the end of the section per CONTRIBUTING. Thanks for maintaining the list!
