Adds Brain Brutalism: Obsidian for Deep Work to the end of the Resources section, following the CONTRIBUTING checklist (appended at the end, matching the section's existing line format).

It's a written guide making a developer's case for Obsidian as a local-first, anti-SaaS second brain — a resource/article, not a plugin or theme, hence the Resources section.
