Adds Team Relay, an open-source Obsidian plugin for real-time collaborative editing with a self-hosted server (CRDT-based sync, shared folders, team permissions).

This plugin is already published in the official Obsidian community plugins list (obsidianmd/obsidian-releases, id evc-team-relay) - it is an established, reviewed Obsidian plugin.
