Thank you for compiling this list of helpful things.

Just wanted to let you know the links in section "Markdown Extended (MDE)" which go to aboutmde.org are broken. Looks like the domain got poached or something.

Would like to add that The Zen of Page Designs (github: pagedesigns) is a broken link as well.

Vanilla Flavoured Markdown seems to have been a victim of domain sniping (by a site called showhome.io, a vietnamese? gambling? site). Relevant links: vfmd.org and vfmd.org/vfmd-spec/specification in the README.md
