📄 Description

I added two things:

a mention about the http://aboutmde.org website (introduction and specifications about the extended syntax)
a mention about the PHP app https://github.com/piwi/markdown-extended which implements that syntax.

The website embeds a dingus, a cheat-sheet and more but I think the two mentions above are enough.
