A Rust-based CLI tool that analyzes Claude Code token usage from local session logs — shows where tokens went, which projects cost most, and how to reduce waste

Why this belongs here

The existing LLM Optimization Tools section focuses on reducing LLM costs (Toonify for API costs, Headroom for context optimization). claude-usage-analyzer fits naturally as it helps developers understand and reduce their Claude Code token consumption by analyzing local session data.
