Add Jellyfin Media Slider to awesome-jellyfin (Plugins)

This PR adds Jellyfin Media Slider to the Plugins section of the Awesome Jellyfin list. The project provides a customizable media slider and several UI enhancements for Jellyfin’s web client (hover trailers, Netflix‑style pause screen, StudioHubs, Quality Tag, mini music player, DiceBear avatars, and a notification panel).
