With tiptop efficiency at its core, sync a daily flat file with IMDb Ratings with your Jellyfin library.
There are a few configuration options to set at first. Then you go into scheduled tasks and you can run it interactively. It runs automatically at 3 am. With a huge library it still is <1 min because of aggressive batching design patterns.
