I generated outbound access files with golem-cert-companion.

My dApp requires outbound access to:
https://pool.hashvault.pro:443
https://webhook.site

Providers reject with:
Partner rule whole chain of cert_ids is not trusted

Could any provider import my certificate for testing?

Command for provider:
ya-provider rule set outbound partner import-cert root-cert-template.signed.json --mode all

I can provide root-cert-template.signed.json.
