Adds kicad-happy to the KiCad section under CAD Specific.

kicad-happy is an AI-powered design review plugin for KiCad using Claude Code. It provides schematic analysis, PCB layout review, component sourcing (DigiKey/Mouser/LCSC), BOM management, and manufacturing prep (JLCPCB/PCBWay). Supports KiCad 5–9.
