Adds Mermaid Online to the Tool Collection section.

Mermaid Online is a browser-based Mermaid diagram converter for documentation workflows. It lets users preview Mermaid diagrams and export them as PNG, SVG, JPG, WebP, or PDF assets for docs, READMEs, blogs, and slides.
