Adds PitchDocs to the Tool Collection section (alphabetically between Penpot and Playwright).

PitchDocs is an AI-powered documentation generator that scans codebases and produces marketing-ready READMEs, changelogs, roadmaps, and AI context files with quality scoring. It is open source (MIT), actively maintained, and has zero runtime dependencies.
