[Explain what the project is about and why it should be listed]
We already have an entry for Axibase Time Series Database under Monitoring Services where ATSD is used as a backend for Google cadvisor statistics. The integration appears to be useful with 8K+ pull of the Docker image. This pull request however introduces a new integration that we developed using our own collection tool which goes beyond statistics and captures configuration changes and container lifecycle events.
