📄 Description

I made this based on the big amount of work @Moshe-Immerman did. I just reordered a few things, fixed a few links in the TOC and so on.
This can be merged and we can start improving gradually. Most important of all, we can start accepting those PR from other contributors again. Which is the most important I feel.

Unless you have a good reason to not merge this (we might have overlooked something) just let us know and we'll fix it but this PR needs to be merged soon.

PS: the reason for this PR is that I cannot push to #406 otherwise I would have and #404 was half way in transition in between commits where I could not understand what was going on... Sorry for another big PR for this refactor.
