Adds BomLens (https://github.com/sktelecom/sbom-tools) to Image Scanning & SBOM, alphabetically.

One-sentence sanity check: this project exists to scan container images (and other inputs) into CycloneDX SBOMs and vulnerability/license reports, and it ships as a single Docker image — the web UI and desktop app are wrappers around that image. Open source, Apache-2.0, by SK Telecom.
