Add DockTUI to the list

Hi! I'd like to suggest adding DockTUI to the list of Docker terminal tools.
It's a lightweight, pure-Python terminal dashboard that wraps the Docker CLI. Unlike other solutions, it has zero runtime dependencies, features Compose-aware grouping, an interactive endpoint switcher for remote hosts, and advanced log filtering.
I've ensured that the link is placed alphabetically as per the contribution guidelines. Thank you for maintaining this awesome list!
