This repo already ships metadata in the existing metadata files.

If useful, I can open one PR that adds a validate-only ai-plugin-scanner workflow for it.
It would only add one workflow file, use read-only permissions, and leave runtime code alone.
If that is not useful here, no problem.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
