Adds Remio to Docs & Knowledge.

Remio is a local-first AI memory and knowledge base desktop app. It can capture and search files, webpages, recordings, emails, messages, images, and notes through local indexes and vectors, which helps developers and agents retrieve relevant context faster than repeated folder scans or whole-file loading.
