Add SnapAPI to the APIs & Backends section.

SnapAPI bundles 13+ utility APIs into a single REST service: QR codes, screenshots, image resize, URL metadata, hashing, UUIDs, JWT decode, color conversion, markdown-to-HTML, HTML-to-PDF, placeholder images, lorem ipsum, and base64 encode/decode.

It's a developer-first API service that fits well alongside the other backend tools and API platforms in this section.
