This commit introduces the following changes:

Adds two cli tools (lazygit, a tui based abstraction over git commands and mise, a runtime version manager like asdf written in rust and offering performance, security and expanded set of features)
Adds an API mocking & Debugging tool (Beeceptor, which is a cloud based, multi-protocol mocking and debugging tool with rules based request and state matching, stateful mocking, CRUD operations, and more.)
