Added two AI-powered developer tools to the AI Coding Tools section:

  1. Agent Shadow Brain - AI-powered background code analysis agent with 60+ cognitive modules, infinite memory, and self-evolving intelligence. (npm)

  2. Omni Skills Forge - Universal skill/slash-command manager for AI coding assistants. Install, manage, and share custom skills across Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and more. (npm)

Both tools complement the existing AI coding tools in this list and are actively maintained open-source projects.
