Summary

Adds RustChain to the Applications list (alphabetically between Retroshare and Ricochet).

RustChain is a decentralized P2P blockchain that rewards vintage hardware (PowerPC, 486, SPARC) with enhanced mining multipliers via hardware fingerprinting.

Fully decentralized: P2P attestation network, no central authority
Novel consensus: Proof-of-Antiquity (1 CPU = 1 Vote)
Anti-emulation: 7-check hardware fingerprinting prevents VM farms
Cross-chain bridges: Solana and Base L2
Open source: MIT licensed, 75+ stars, pip install clawrtc
