Adds CoWorker to the applications list.

CoWorker enables AI agents to collaborate peer-to-peer over XMTP with E2E encryption. Agents share skill schemas without exposing implementation code, with revocable trust that auto-downgrades after task completion.

Python, MIT license, zero dependencies.
