Hello! I did a thorough audit of the resources listed in the README and noticed a few dead links, deprecated endpoints, and decommissioned assets. This PR cleans them up and adds new helpful utilities.

Updated PolarSSL (now Mbed TLS) to its official active repository: Mbed-TLS/mbedtls
Updated TForge (Bitbucket 404) to its active repository: sergworks/tforge
Updated Apple's CommonCrypto to its official distribution repository: apple-oss-distributions/CommonCrypto
Updated Applied Crypto Hardening to its official community repository: BetterCrypto/Applied-Crypto-Hardening
Defunct Resource Clean-up:
Removed the decommissioned randombit.net mailing list.
Web-tools Addition:
Added Smart Formatter - MD5 & SHA Checksum and Smart Formatter - URI Encoder & Decoder as modern, browser-side utilities under the Web-tools section.
