Hi there!

Your Awesome CI/CD Security directory is an incredible resource - the comprehensive coverage of CI/CD security threats, tools, and case studies is exactly what the security community needs. I especially appreciate how you've organized it from foundational guidelines to specific platform vulnerabilities (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.).

I noticed PR #13 is already open to add codex-plugin-scanner as a security scanner for Codex CLI plugins, which is perfect placement in your Tools section! Your collection of security tools like Gato, clank, legitify, and poutine shows you understand the critical need for scanning and monitoring in CI/CD environments.

Codex-plugin-scanner specifically addresses the growing need to secure the plugin ecosystem within development workflows - it helps developers identify and validate Codex CLI plugins, which is an important piece of the security puzzle that many teams overlook.

If you're open to adding it, I'd be happy to provide more technical details about how it works and how it complements your existing collection of security tools.

Thanks for maintaining such an essential resource for CI/CD security!
