I personally work with Teamcity.
And some guys I had work with used to use Jenkins/Bamboo.
AFAIK they are not a cloud solution, but they are something to take into account if you are doing CI

Existed list includes free and commercial Continuous Integration services while you talk about self-hosted tools.

I was also surprised to not see Jenkins on the list. Might be worth making a second table for self hosted tools?
