Hey not sure if I got the formatting right but I'd like to add SurplusCI (https://surplusci.com) to the listing!

It's a service I just launched recently to save myself (and some friends) some money on their CI runs -- I don't know if I can say it's as awesome as all the other entries on the list, but I'm trying to expand support to Azure Pipelines and BitBucket as well, which is something most other providers don't necessarily have
