Summary

Add current lakehouse table-format, vector database, SQL engine, data ingestion, and data quality/observability entries from online research.
Fold in accepted open issue and PR suggestions with normalized descriptions and working links.
Clean stale Graph Data Model links and remove retired/dead entries.

Issues addressed

Closes #370, closes #368, closes #366, closes #351, closes #305, closes #304, closes #303, closes #300, closes #284.

#345 was reviewed and left out because current Tabula positioning is prospecting/enrichment rather than a clear big-data BI tool.
