This list is generated from an agnostic dataset of big-data related projects (in JSON format) available here: https://github.com/zenkay/hest inside data folder. I periodically update the dataset and use it to generate the main table, you can find here: http://bigdata.andreamostosi.name/, and the list on my blog.

I really like your project and I'd like to create a generator for your README. I'm going to integrate all your additions into my dataset and every time I update my list I also generate a pull request with monthly updates for your project.

Hi Andrea,

i love your blog and it was actually one of the foundations for this list.
Together with some other sources and additions i wanted to make it a collaborative environment.

Your project sound very good to me. I guess we could keep a complete list vice-versa as the technologies are evolving blazing fast.
