Description: A stand-by server integrated with Bash Tab-completion for custom tools to provide CLI framework with structured data search directly via command line arguments: argrelay.org.

Why I think it's awesome: It is a niche tool (helps commands with potentially many different arg values load-able from various data sources) and solves relatively hard problem which has no known alternatives.
