State-monitoring differential backup engine with inline diff logging.

Why I think it's awesome:
It is a zero-dependency, offline-first differential backup engine. It features a strict verification-first design that aborts if crucial files are missing to prevent overwriting good history, only commits backups when actual changes occur, and writes configuration text diffs directly to the logs.
