Summary

Adds VertaaUX Audit to the Monitoring section, alongside the existing Lighthouse actions.

What it is

Runs UX, accessibility, and conversion audits on any URL from CI. Score-based quality gates fail builds when scores drop below thresholds; baseline comparison surfaces regressions in PR comments. Audits 7 categories: usability, clarity, information architecture, accessibility (axe-core + WCAG), keyboard navigation, semantics, conversion.

Usage
